A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your card will only be charged according to our Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Policy or for services rendered.
Appointment changes (time, date, or services) must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid fees.
Changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and charged 50% of the total services booked.
More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee applies.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
No-shows: 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
Retainer Fees (if taken) are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date if the change is made more than 48 hours in advance. (1 transfer)
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A $35 late fee will be automatically added to your total if you arrive late.
If late arrival affects our next client’s time, your service may be shortened or rescheduled — with applicable fees still applying.
You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking and a reminder before your appointment.
Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.

Binding Agreement – This policy is a legally binding agreement between you and our business.
Card Authorization – You authorize us to charge your card on file according to the cancellation, no-show, and late fee policies outlined above.
Accuracy of Information – You agree to provide accurate personal and payment information at the time of booking.
Right to Refuse Service – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with our policies, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk.
Policy Enforcement – These policies apply equally to all clients without exception. No-shows, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations will be charged without further notice.
Changes to Policy – We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will apply to all future bookings.
